School Description and Mission Statement 

This section provides information about the school’s goals and programs. 

The School Accountability Report Card was established by Proposition 98, an initiative passed by California voters.  As you read the Report Card, you will gain a better understanding of Stella Hills as a school with a record for improvement, a faculty that is professionally skilled and personally committed to meeting the learning needs of students and a student body which is enthusiastic and motivated to perform well.

 

Stella Hills School, located two blocks west of Memorial Hospital at 3800 Jewett Avenue, serves about 600 students in Kindergarten through fifth grade. 

 

Our mission is to provide a safe, positive, and effective learning environment.  We will give students successful experiences that promote high achievement and will create respect and appreciation for self and others.

 

Opportunities for Parental Involvement 

This section provides information about opportunities for parents to become involved with school activities.  

Parents and community members assist in the following ways:

School Safety Plan 

 

This section provides information about the school's comprehensive safety plan.
